No Returns or Exchanges for Made-to-Order Products
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of hearts. All sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@wildandwiseapparel.com with photographic proof. You may request either a replacement or a refund for these issues.
Orders Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, you must submit a claim within 30 days after the expected delivery date for us to assist you.
Return Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before purchasing.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. You will need to provide proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if eligible), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.
